Let's take the overall reflection shadowless lamp as an example. The light source of the overall reflection shadowless lamp is a halogen bulb, and the overall reflection shadowless lamp is composed of a lamp head, a mechanical cantilever system and a corresponding control circuit.
(1) Lamp holder
The lamp head of the overall reflection shadowless lamp has two specifications, the diameter of the 70 lamp head is 700mm, and the diameter of the 50 lamp head is 500mm. The overall reflection shadowless lamp system can have different combinations according to the needs. Generally, according to the diameter of the lamp head, the combinations are: 700/700, 700/500, 500/500. Different from the hole-type surgical shadowless lamp, both the large (700) and small (500) lamps of the overall reflection shadowless lamp can meet the needs of surgical lighting.
The lamp head of the overall reflection shadowless lamp mainly has 3 components.
1) Light source assembly: There are 2 halogen bulbs in the lamp head, one of which is a spare bulb, that is, when the main bulb is damaged, the spare bulb can be automatically activated immediately. By rotating the disinfection handle, the relative position of the halogen bulb to the reflector can be changed, and the spot size can be adjusted, and the illumination depth can also be changed.
2) Reflector: The reflector of the overall reflective shadowless lamp is a compound surface composed of thousands of small planes. The light emitted by the halogen light source is projected onto these thousands of small planes, and the light is reflected to the surgical area by the small planes. Thousands of facets at different angles can form thousands of different directions of light into a spot with the ideal illumination depth.
3) Thermal insulation component: The thermal insulation component is a cylindrical hexagonal structure composed of 6 pieces of thermal insulation glass. The halogen bulb is installed in the thermal insulation tube. Only the cold light containing a very little infrared ray is transmitted through the insulating cylinder. The thermal insulation components and the components in the thermal insulation cylinder must be made of high temperature resistant materials.
(2) Mechanical cantilever system
The mechanical cantilever system of the overall reflection shadowless lamp is shown in Figure 6. The mechanical cantilever system of the shadowless lamp is a mechanical device that adjusts the lighting position of the shadowless lamp. In order to meet the optimal angle of surgical lighting, the mechanical cantilever system of the shadowless lamp can accurately position the lamp head in all directions. The mechanical cantilever system uses bearings to rotate, so that the surgical light can be rotated 360° and positioned in the desired orientation. The mechanical cantilever system includes a rotating arm, a balance arm, a boom and a connecting arm, and the joints connected between them can move, so that the user can easily and freely adjust the lighting position of the shadowless lamp.
